The Marketing Team
Brian and Mary between them have over 40 years of experience. They have long standing relationships with several of Boston’s most active developers. They have been pioneers in launching flagship loft conversions in destination neighborhoods, like the South End’s Laconia Lofts (99 units), Gateway Terrace (120 units) and The Harrison (41 units), Spencer Lofts (100 units) and Pearl St Lofts (24 units) in Chelsea, Porter 156 (220 units) in East Boston, Beach Street Lofts (8 units), the Albany Site (47 units), Peter and Paul Church (45 units) and Lofts @ 950 (13 units) along with Granite Lofts in Quincy (89 units) and Penny Savings Bank (27 units) in the South End.

Brian is actively involved in community organizations such as the South End Youth Baseball, Project Place and the Eldercare Foundation. Mary, a South End mother of two spirited daughters, also devotes time to support several local charities, Project Place (where she is a board member), the South End Little League and the Boston Living Center among others. She has owned two previous companies, marketed over a thousand units and achieved record-breaking figures for her clients. Brian, a highly respected figure in the world of real estate (who comes from a 13 year old family construction business) has considerable experience and marketing savvy in designing and promoting new construction developments. They have together amassed the contacts, resources and individual experts to most effectively market Boston’s emerging sites.
