The Design Team
Brian Badrigian developed the townhomes and the rectory of the church as the first phase of this spectacular property. The homes drew acclaim from industry insiders for their beautifully design and meticulous construction.
Brian next worked with Mark & Kurt of Haddad Hakansson to finish spaces of eight luxury units in the converted stone gothic style church.  The challenge was to select finishes for today that blend respectfully with the grandness of this historic building. Combining old and new was masterfully accomplished by Mark & Kurt.  The common areas as well as each of the units are large with tall ceilings.  Mark & Kurt have created unique styles for each space that have warmth and interest.
 
By combining their wide spectrum of talents with the ability to listen and communicate with the client they create a special living environment.  Being able to assess a space and then combine elegance, style and a sharp sense of details with the importance of the flow and functionality comes very naturally to them. Their keen knowledge of the latest styles, fixtures and appliances combined with a great sense of lighting and the color palette results in exciting, warm spaces that have a mood of serene comfort.
